What’s included.
Coaching Meetings
Meetings are held every three weeks. We cover all aspects of leadership and business growth. We plan, set goals, and track progress. You’re well-supported through the process and held accountable for the outcomes you wish to achieve.
Calls
Call whenever you need. You may need another perspective on a time-sensitive issue or seek guidance on a strategy. Sometimes, all it takes is a quick call to gain clarity and make your next move. (3 hrs per month)
Systems and Processes
Unlimited access to all my proven systems and processes across finances, profit planning, marketing, menu development, costing, customer service, staff training, staff management, recruitment, design, culture and so on.
Unlimited Learning Resources
We encourage you to build ongoing learning habits for you and your staff. We will keep you up-to-date with the best business books, audio and podcasts, and reflect on this in our meetings. If you don’t have time to read, audiobooks and podcasts are ideal. For participants, this learning is transformational!
Mindsets and Network
You will be introduced to successful business mindsets, as well as my personal industry network. Like many participants, these mindsets and network will become foundational to grow your business.
The investment.
Considering most cafes only make a 2-3% profit, I have created an affordable program just for cafe owners.
Instead of the standard cost of $2,500, this new program is $ 1,000 per month + GST, with a minimum 6-month commitment.
